"I had to ask for a refund on…"
I had to ask for a refund on an order and figured it was gonna be a whole hassle. but Bones Coffee got back to me really quick and handled it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. The money was back in my account a few days later. 5 stars from me.

"Fresh coffee I’m always happy to wake up to"
I’ve ordered from Bones Coffee a few times now, and I’m really grateful for how fresh it always tastes. The second I open the bag, it smells incredible, and the coffee never has that stale or flat taste I’ve gotten from other online orders. Shipping has been smooth too, which I appreciate. It’s just a really good, fresh cup of coffee to start the morning with.

"Solid Coffee with Great Flavor"
I’ve ordered ground coffee from Bones a few times now, i’ve been happy with it. The grind is usually nice and consistent, works well in my drip machine, and doesn’t turn out muddy, which is always a win. One bag did seem a little more uneven than the others, but it wasn’t a big issue since the flavor was still really good. I’m taking off one star just because I’d love for the grind to be a little more exact every time, but overall, I’m still excited to keep ordering from them.

"Arrived right on time"
My box showed up exactly when it was supposed to, which is the first thing I care about with deliveries. No waiting around or wondering where it was, so that was a win for me.

"Pretty solid coffee overall"
I’ve ordered from Bones Coffee a handful of times now, and it’s been reliable for the most part. The roast seems fairly consistent, haven’t gotten any weird burnt-tasting bags or ones that felt way too light or anything like that. The flavor is sometimes a bit stronger in one batch than another, but not in a way that really ruins it for me. Shipping was fine too, nothing major there. I’d give it around 4 stars since it’s been dependable, just not totally perfect every single time.

"Fresher Than I Expected"
I went with the whole beans this time, they were fresher than I was expecting. They ground up easily, smelled really good, and the coffee came out nice and smooth. Shipping was a little slower than I’d hoped, but not enough to keep me from ordering again.

"Great Customer Service"
I had a small issue with my order. I emailed Bones Coffee and wasn’t sure what to expect. They got back to me fast. They were really nice too. No awkward back and forth. No making me feel like it was my fault. They just fixed it. That kind of service makes me want to order again. Simple, friendly, and easy.

"Convenient, Even If I Still Complain About Forgetting"
I like not having to remember to order coffee every single time. I’m always forgetting things like this, always running out, always annoyed at myself for not ordering sooner, so the subscription showing up when I need it is really nice. Changing flavors was easy enough too, which I appreciated because I get bored and then complain about drinking the same coffee over and over. Convenient overall

"I’ve tried a few Bones Coffee…"
I’ve tried a few Bones Coffee flavors now, most of them have been good. The coffee itself is smooth and not overly bitter, which is a big plus for me. The flavored ones usually smell a lot stronger than they actually taste, but I still enjoy them, so... yeah. I’m giving it 4 stars only because some flavors are a little hit or miss for my taste. Overall though, it’s fun coffee, and I’d definitely buy it again.

I keep coming back to Bones because the flavors is actually fun. So far I’ve tried maple bacon, s’morey time, and blueberry. A couple of them smell sweeter than they taste, but I like having so many different choices in the morning

"Great coffee, but the shipping info could be clearer"
The coffee costs a little more than what I’d usually grab at the grocery store, but the flavors make it feel worth it. My only gripe is the shipping. It could definitely be cheaper, and I wish they were more upfront about the details because the communication around it was kind of unclear and annoying.

They had my usual flavor in stock, which apparently is a miracle these days, plus a few other flavors I’d been wanting to try. Checkout was quick and easy too, so I didn’t even get the chance to question my life choices in line.

"Fun seasonal flavors, especially compared to most coffee brands"
I always end up checking Bones Coffee when the seasonal flavors drop. Compared to a lot of other coffee companies, they seem to have more fun options, especially around holidays, and the fall flavors are definitely my favorite. The only downside is that some of the good ones sell out quickly, which can be annoying. Still, the selection is solid, and I usually find something new that sounds worth trying.

"Fun flavors that still taste like real coffee"
I tried a few flavored bags from Bones Coffee because I was curious but also kind of worried they might be too sweet or taste fake. Thankfully, they don’t. The flavors come through, but it still tastes like actual coffee, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The maple bacon one sounded a little odd to me at first, but it ended up being surprisingly smooth. Shipping was totally fine, and the bags smelled amazing when I opened them. Nothing was perfect-perfect, but I didn’t have any real complaints. I’ll definitely order again once I’m running low
